1996 YAMAHA XJR 1200 STREETFIGHTER
With great reluctance I offer for sale my "midnight blue","gold" and chrome 1996 N reg XJR 1200, she has 17,000 miles on the clock, as you can see it has been 'streetfightered'. It has 'twin pot' BREMBO'S on the front, Goodridge stainless steel braided hoses, real carbon fibre front mudguard with a stonechip guard, carbon fibre 'look' twin headlamp bikini faring with a removable smoked perspex lens cover, carbon fibre 'look' fork leg guards, carbon fibre 'look' mini indicators front and rear, gold coloured RENTHAL bars with foam 'n' chrome grips, fully adjustable (for hand span) alloy clutch and brake levers, carbon fibre 'look' bellypan and hugger, 4into1 full AKRAPOVIC exhaust system (sounds awesome) fully and I mean fully adjustable OHLINS suspension on rear, MIKKUNI carbs, specially made (says XJR in gold lettering) VIPER non slip seat, chrome RENTHAL luggage rack, new sprocket and chain set, 2 recent METZELER MZ4 tyres, still has 6 months MOT, Currently SORN. A TRUE MUSCLE BIKE. This bike goes, looks and sounds like the dog's bollocks.
Now the not good bits there is a slight indentation on the left of the tank, though the paint is not broken at all, and the left side of the tailpiece is cracked (it looks as if it has toppled over at some stage, I have been quoted £125 to have these put right and sprayed).
Price £2000 ono.
